Homeless community

We need to think about how you include vulnerable people - particularly homeless people.

The homeless community have particular difficultly registering for GPs, the drop-in centres are closing and with drink and drug problems they are sometimes spending many nights a week in A&E. This is at a huge cost and could be dealt with by better preventative resources.
